Each disbursement period is 2 weeks, and you are compensated for those hours one week after the pay period ends

You may receive a partial disbursement up to 2 weeks after your end date:
Crews ending on 11/14 will get their final disbursement check on 11/28. This will be a half check (1 week's stipend)

How to Log Hours
Go to https://conservationlegacyportal.force.com/ Use the login information that you set up when you received the "Welcome to the Conservation Legacy Community" email. Talk to program staff if you have not gotten this email. You will complete a timesheet for each WEEK (not each hitch), so be sure to get all the hours you need from your leader. Be sure to submit your timesheet after entering hours so that the timesheet can be approved. The submit button can be found at the top of each timesheet.
How to View Your Check Stub
You can view your Living Stipend/Additional Benefit disbursement check stubs through your UKG account. You will also receive a notification via email or the UKG app notifying you when your stub is available to view.
